1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wanderlead.io (the "Site") and the traveler lead-generation service provided by Wanderlead ("Wanderlead," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Service

Wanderlead provides a lead-generation service that matches tour operators and travel agencies ("Customers") with traveler leads sourced from our sister travel-planning platform, based on destination, travel dates, and stated trip preferences. Wanderlead is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a booking, deposit, or sale.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by businesses — tour operators, travel agencies, and similar organizations — and not by individual consumers seeking to book travel. By using our services, you represent that you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business and have the authority to do so.

4. Leads, Pricing & Payment

• Leads may be purchased as Shared Leads (matched and shared with a limited number of other operators) or Exclusive Leads (delivered to a single Customer only), as described on our Pricing page.
• Pricing is available on a pay-per-lead basis or as a scoped monthly volume arrangement, with no long-term contract required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees are due as invoiced or charged at the time of purchase, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in a separate order form or contract.
• If you believe a lead was invalid (for example, incorrect contact information or clear mismatch to your stated criteria), contact your account manager or Contact Us to request a review; credit or replacement of qualifying invalid leads is at Wanderlead's discretion unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for how they use lead information provided by Wanderlead, including compliance with applicable marketing, telemarketing, email, and data protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, PECR, and UK/EU GDPR, as applicable) when contacting travelers. Leads are provided for the purpose of following up about the traveler's stated trip interest and must not be resold, shared with unrelated third parties, or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or business when using the Site or contacting leads; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or our systems; scrape, copy, or resell content from the Site without permission; or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Wanderlead or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Wanderlead's name, branding, or trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that leads will result in any particular conversion rate, booking, or revenue outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderlead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to Wanderlead in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; since we do not require long-term contracts by default, no separate cancellation process is needed unless you are on a custom agreement that states otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
